Certified Content Mail
Certified Mail with proof of what was inside.
For important U.S. letters where the record matters, we print, photograph, and send your document by USPS® Certified Mail®, then issue a verifiable Certificate of Mailed Content™.
The missing piece
Certified Mail proves an envelope moved, not what was inside.
Certified Content Mail adds a content record before the envelope is sealed: document, envelope, Certified Mail label, tracking number, and timestamp together in one evidence photograph.

Document pages
The printed page or pages are visible in the evidence photograph.
Envelope and label
The Certified Mail label and envelope are staged with the document before sealing.
Tracking number
The USPS tracking number appears in the certificate and can be checked through USPS.

A cryptographic fingerprint lets the original certificate file be verified without making the document public.
